What im testing in my bio bottle.

Im testing how much my fermentation of kimchi has rose each week. Also, collecting how the kimchi looks each week, pertaining to the color or the condition of it. Im not going to be putting it in any light so theres no need to collect that kind of data. Other then that, this will show me how fermentation happens and how it pertains to my project.
